Compliance Manager provides compliance task tracking, policy document generation, and audit logging tools for businesses. Documents generated by the service are templates intended as starting points and should be reviewed by qualified legal or compliance professionals before use.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Upload malicious content or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities
  • Resell or redistribute the service without permission

5. Subscription and Billing

  • Free Plan: Limited to 3 documents and 10 compliance items. No payment required.
  • Paid Plans: Billed monthly via Stripe. Prices are in USD.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
  • Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. Contact us for a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.
  • Price Changes: We may adjust pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions remain at their current rate until renewal.

6. Intellectual Property

  • The Compliance Manager service, including its design and code, is our intellectual property.
  • Documents you generate using the service belong to you.
  • Data you input into the service remains your property.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Generated compliance documents are templates and do not constitute legal advice. We recommend having all compliance documents reviewed by qualified professionals before implementation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Compliance Manager shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to damages resulting from reliance on generated documents.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the application. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of appropriate jurisdiction.
